📚 A Visit to the Library
Today, Lina goes to the library after school. Library is the best place where people read, study, and borrow books. When Lina enters, she sees many bookshelves full of books. Some books are about stories, science, history, and animals. At the front desk, a librarian smiles and says hello. The librarian helps people find books and answer questions. Lina wants a book about animals, so she asks for help. The librarian shows her where to find it on a shelf.
Lina walks slowly because everyone needs to be quiet in the library. She finds a small table and a chair near the window. Some students are reading books, and others are using computers to do homework and research. One boy is writing in his notebook, and a girl is reading a big picture book.
After reading for one hour, Lina decides to borrow two books. She takes them to the front desk and shows her library card. The librarian scans the books and tells her the return date. Lina says thank you and puts the books in her bag.
Before she leaves, Lina visits the children’s section. She sees colorful books and comfortable chairs. She feels happy because the library is a good place to learn new things and enjoy reading.
Lina walks home with a smile. She plans to come back to the library next week to read more interesting books.
