Use: "used to" is used to talk about the habits or routines we did in the past and stop doing in the present.
Forms:
Positive : Sub + used to + base verb.......
Negative : Sub + didn't + use to + base verb.....
Yes/No : Did + sub + use to + base verb.....?
Wh-Question : Wh-word + did + sub + base verb....?
Example
- I used to play toys when I was 5 years old. ( Now, I don't play anymore.)
- She used to be friendly. ( Now, she is not friendly anymore.)
- He didn't use to talk to me. (Now, he talks to me.)
- They didn't use to play with me. (Now, they play with me.)
