Use: "used to" is used to talk about the habits or routines we did in the past and stop doing in the present. 

Forms: 

Positive : Sub + used to + base verb.......

Negative : Sub + didn't + use to + base verb.....

Yes/No : Did + sub + use to + base verb.....?

Wh-Question : Wh-word + did + sub + base verb....?
