📖 Reading: Our Amazing Body

The human body is an incredible machine with many important parts. At the top, we have our head, which contains our brain and is connected to our body by the neck.

Our arms extend from each shoulder, and each arm has an elbow in the middle. At the end of each arm, we find our wrist, which connects to our hand. Each hand has five fingers that help us grab and touch things.

The center of our body includes our chest, where our heart and lungs are protected. Below that is our stomach, and around the middle is our waist. The breast area is part of the upper chest region and it is the place where milk is produced for the baby.

Our legs start with the thigh, the strongest part of our leg. In the middle of each leg is the knee, which helps us bend our legs. At the bottom, we have our feet, and each foot has five toes. The ankle connects our foot to our leg, allowing us to walk, run, and jump.
