Let's have a look at some verbs that are frequently used in the classroom. These activities are done by the teachers and the students. When the teacher arrives the class, he always greets the students and tells them to sit down and after that he checks attendance, asks the students to tell the date. Before starting the new lesson, the teacher normally reviews the lesson from the preview day to make sure that students have learned and understood the lesson well. Often times, the teacher invites some students to answer his questions about the lesson from yesterday. During the lesson, teacher sometimes assigns students to work in pairs, groups, or work individually. Teacher assigns different types of classwork and some time the students have to do presentation. The teacher always erases the whiteboard when he finishes the class and never forget to assign homework for the students to do at home.

And here are the activities the student normally do in the class. They take turn cleaning the classroom, taking out the trash, water the plants. Students have to open and close the door carefully and gently. When it is hot, they can turn on the fan or the air-conditioner and they never forget to turn them off when they leave the class. During the lesson, the students should listen to the teacher carefully, take notes the important points, ask and answer the questions. It is a good practice for the students to raise their hand when they ask or answer the questions. Students have to ask permission whenever they want to leave the seat or go to the bathroom.
